There are dozens of veterans in every iCare facility as staff members, residents, vendors, families and others and we take every opportunity, especially today, to say, deeply and sincerely, Thank You. The staff at this facility are negligent and lack the skills and judgement to care for a patient and provide a good standard of care. My family member was admitted to this facility after surgery for rehabilitation. The staff/administration of this facility did not transfer him to a hospital after seeing his health rapidly decline for two days.
